3D printed slow eating

Slow Eating

The project create slow eating by designing exact bite and printing in a 3D printer.

The slow eating then achieve by combing 2 texture. By freeze drying the bite the texture get the maximum brittleness from first texture, and maximum viscosity in the second texture.

This project was developed in the course “Smart materials”, at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design And was supervised by Dana Ben-Shalom, Maia Ben-David.

Collaboration with the Hebrew University chemistry lab. supervised by professor Shlomo Magdasi, Dr. Michal Lehiani and Dr Liraz Larush.
