"Eating movement" Society is defined by the joint activities of its members. Each society shares values and perceptions which are expressed in its culture. Food is a necessity; therefore its consumption demonstrates cultural paradigms related to our body. Breaking patterns can be done by designing dishes that challenge the usual eating movements. Causing physical discomfort will raise questions about patterns of culture, socialization and how we can live differently.
This project was developed as a final project at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. It was supervised by Hadas Zemer Ben-Ari.
