HUMMINGBIRD CREAM RECIPE

150g Whipping cream 

50g Honey

20g Sugar powder

5g Spices mix - Cardamon, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star anise

Pour the whipping cream into a mixer bowl with whisk attachment. Whisk on high speed until soft peaks form. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until hard peaks form. Insert into Humming Birds bulbs or serve cold in a cup.
