Path of Salt

Eating installation in the lowast place on earth

"The Path of Salt" , was created as a way to connect to the unique landscape of the area, the Yehuda desert.

The salt, an everyday condiment, was transformed into a dining table for us to have lunch on. The food which was especially prepared for the occasion was passed around by those dining in an orderly manner, thus creating a new dining ritual.
