"The Path Of Salt"
"The Path of Salt" was created as a way of connecting to the unique landscape of the area, the Judean desert. The salt, an everyday condiment, was transformed into a dining table for us to have lunch on. The food, which was especially prepared for the occasion, was passed around by those dining in an orderly manner, thus creating a new dining ritual.
